Chick-fil-a - Walterhill

I hate the ordering before I see the screen but they’re so busy that I understand why they do it. Other than that the food, service and location are all great! I recommend a visit

Actually, I don't go to Chick-fil-a. I don't like it. Been there once in my life and won't be going back, but my phone keeps telling me that I visited there. Actually, I regularly visit United Grocery Outlet which is in the same shopping center. They have great meat there and I like the people who work there.

Pulled up to get food at the drive thru and they have their employees standing outside to take orders IN THE SNOW. They obviously don't care about their employees will be taking my elsewhere

I went to the Elizabethton ChikFila and went through the drive thru and ordered 2 salads. I got them home and the lettuce in both of them was not only wilted, but it was brown and slimy also. I ordered the cobb salad with NO bacon and the crispy chicken nuggets. The chicken on mine was also cold. I took both salads back to the restaurant. My wife and I got a southwest salad 2 times from there and they were by no means fresh. Tried to get a refund but the ignorant manager would not even give ilus a refund. I will not be going back after this. They are definitely just as rude as someone with tattoos and earrings hanging from their face. I do not want to hear this place is Christian as they claim acting like they could not give me a refund after the salads I had gotten look like they had been scraped off the bottom of a lawnmower.
