Bidrage med feedbackGeneral Today it should be an Italian. Our selected restaurant was fully booked this evening. So we moved on and we were looking for an alternative to Walsrode. Service The restaurant was well visited this evening. We asked for a table for two people. The service power showed us in the direction of the rear rooms, there would still be places free. The restaurant is narrowly cut and very long. We were looking for a table on the window. The service came very quickly with the menus and disappeared immediately. We were able to get an overview of the food and drink offer. Other daily dishes were offered on a slate board hanging on the wall. The service is still expandable. Something more attention and a smile could not hurt. Also the question of whether everything is okay with food was not asked. Food The menu and drink menu provides the typical wide-ranging offer for an Italian restaurant. We chose Bruschetta and the Minestrone di Verdura (Gemüsesuppe) and as main dishes for the Tortellini al Forno (Tortellini baked with minced meat sauce, cream, mushrooms and ham) and for Filetti di Sogliola Cardinale (Seezungenfilet mit Krabben in Cognac-Sahnesauce). We exchanged the rosemary potatoes for noodles to the seed tongue. The reorder was not a problem. Our Bruschetta was excellent. The very small cut tomatoes with herbs and strong garlic was really good. The tomato-grain-bone mixture was in oil and was served lukewarm on white bread. The Minestrone was served very hot. Tastefully, she was in order with a lot of insole (onions, beans, carrots, peas, cauliflower and celery) The side salad was made with vinegar and oil, nicely fresh and tastefully good. The seed tongue was not visible under the sauce. The sauce should have been served separately. Tastefully the seed tongue was good, but could have been hotter. The sauce did not meet my expectations. The price-performance ratio did not match this dish. The Tortellini tasted better than they looked. God would not have done the tomato paste which was subsequently lubricated over the noodles. Otherwise the whole thing was fine. The portion was powerful. We ordered a Grappa and a Ramazotti for rounding. The best comes to the end. Banana split and an ice cream with hot cherries. Ambiente The restaurant is very narrow, but long-drawn.It looks very tidy and clean. The dunle carpet had real signs of use. The seating of light wood with red covers is old. The tables were covered with white fabric tablecloths. On the tables were candles, the ice cards and a dessert note. They were already covered with cams and napkins. The ceiling and the walls were covered with dark wood. Pictures hung on the walls with Italian city motifs. The Raffrollos in the windows were kept in the national colors. The decoration in the windows consisted of large vases with artificial flowers. Positive to mention is the subtle Italian music in pleasant volume that played in the background. All in all, this would have to be renovated. Cleanliness As far as we can judge this, cleanliness is reasonable price/performance

The food is excellent, but the ambience leaves to be desired, should be redesigned. Then it will be 5 stars.
