Mcdonald's Restaurants - Walsall

Wel……. Good was cold as usual….. staff service disgraceful I asked a staff member to check my order because I don’t receive the food I ordered she told me no and it was the food I ordered There was rats running all over the place and flies everywhere The bag of garbage was just left all over the floor

Give this place a wide berth. I cannot begin to explain how bad the service is. 3 of us waited 45 mins for breakfast when the place was almost empty ! No staff around it’s like a ghost town. Other customers kicking off and asking for refunds after us as the wait was so long. If I wasn’t really hungry I would have joined them.

Absolutely awful service, I ordered 3 double breakfast muffins, was instead given 2 normal nice one's. I have phoned them about 10 times and left messages and no one has bothered to call me back. This is NOT the first time they have messed up my order. Shocking customer service, staff are rude as well.

I ordered through just eat, the food was very cold so inedible, no sweet and sour sauce when i asked for 2, i lost half of the large fanta because it had tipped over in the bag soaking the mcflurry in the same bag , next time i will fetch it myself hopefully it will be hot because todays meal was miserable

Food incorrect, undercooked and freezing cold again!. This has happened time after time. This is the worst MacDonalds I have ever used whoever is managing the restaurant is completely oblivious to quality control. For such a big chain I expect better. I will never visit or order again.
