A woman with red hair was absolutely rude to me and made my sub wrong. When I told her what I wanted, she interrupted me and told me she couldn't hear me. I just said I want an Italian bread 6-inch and roasted. She then proceeded to add salami and cheese and all sorts of things. I have no idea where she got this since I wanted a tuna ultra. She shook her head and whispered something to the other employee. I didn't say anything about the base that was done wrong because I just wanted to go. OVERALL, that was not how you treat a customer and especially since I am a local. It doesn't need much to be patient and ask questions.
