Starbucks - Walnut

The woman taking our order was absolutely wonderful! All of the staff were helpful including after I poured my entire coffee onto my lap and on the floor and table. We were all making jokes about it because it really was funny and I didn't get hurt,which was their first concern. They cleaned up my mess and gave me a new coffee. These are the kind of people that keep me going back to Starbucks!

I hope other people don't waste their time and money by visiting this place, and I won't be going back again either.I always come here at least once a month to pick up my company's order (about 12-15 orders).I understand it's a pretty big order, and I'm never in rish, but I always see unpleasant faces every time I order.Today, I had very small orders, but I saw the same displease faces again.

Usual wait time on app is 4-7 mins, but add another 5-10 mins to be safe. Drinks never ready on time.

Service is lacking here. No eye contact or smile or greeting. Just taking orders. Go to a friendlier SB on Grand.

This is the nearest Starbucks to my house and thankfully the best location I’ve ever been to. It’s never crowded inside or in the drive thru. It feels like a hidden secret! They have great customer service and always get my order right!
