Bidrage med feedbackFood was okay, but didn't realize they gave us the the incorrect bowl until we returned home. Should've checked prior to leaving. Udon was okay as well. They do not take cash, bit inconvenient. We walked in not realizing that nobody actually helps you, everything is ordered from a touch screen, then after your ordered is placed and paid for, they get a receipt to start your order.Behind counter, one of the workers was talking loudly on his phone while watching us look at all the ingredients, before we realized nobody was going to help us. He just continued on the phone for a while.Pretty much the only time someone addressed us is when they called our order number.Would be great with more personal customer service. But if it works for them, it may be all good.Vegetarian options: I believe you can order pretty much anything without meat. It's mostly seafood, so if it's just land animals, you're good to go!Kid-friendliness: Plenty of room for a nice family sit down dinner.Parking: If it's busy, you're going to have a little hard time finding a place to park. But, be patient or drive around building you should be able to find something reasonably quick.Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of room webs easy access into restaurant.Dietary restrictions: If you have any dietary restrictions, you may want to check the menu before you go.
Decent place for Poki. The service is a bit lacking. Of the 4 people working, not one of them acknowledged that we were there. One guy was on the phone having a personal conversation and never even turned around. I understand you have to order at the kiosk but you can at least say hello to your customers.I do wish the staff that is making your food with long hair, wore hair nets or at least had to have their hair tied back.Food is fresh and decent.Parking: Parking is ok. You can usually find a spot.
Spotted this place while getting gas. Stopped by and was quite surprised at how spacious it is, but also, it's 100% self-service.You order at a kiosk (so card only), and a robot server will come by with your food. You're also expected to get your own utensils. So there is 100% no interaction with the staff. This point is absolutely great if you have social anxiety or just don't want to talk to people. One thing though, is that you can't 100% customize what you want or not want on it, as you order a set bowl and order extra items if need be. I'm personally used to ordering a completely custom poké bowl, but this was fine I guess. The food came out at a reasonable amount of time, and I was surprised by the amount of food there was in the bowl. Mind you, I'm a petite Asian girl who doesn't eat much so this is a lot for me personally. As for the food itself, it tasted pretty good. Fresh enough and delicious enough for a craving. I ordered the salmon tuna and spicy tuna poké bowl and a Hokkaido milk tea. The milk tea itself tastes pretty good as well.Overall, pretty good first impressions.
Modern and minimalist furnished where you ordered via the Kiosk and serve by a robot. The portion/size is small but reasonably priced. The food was simple but good. A little disappointed with a few items from the social media that were not available with the updated menu.
Today after my last day of school, I decided to give a go at poki maki and I gotta say it was definitely worth the price! The small poki bowl will fill you up but if you want more variety you can go with the large poki bowl. I went with the small and I gotta say, the taste of the tuna combined with the fresh salmon and crab salad was a burst of natural and great flavor that I have tasted in sushi but this by far is the greatest that I have ever tasted it as! So delicious and flavorful! I also had a california roll not a bad price at only 3.99 you can't beat that. The small poki bowl was I believe around 13 but it was well worth it. I will definitely come to this place again as they have gotten a new satisfied customer! ?
