I'm speaking for most people that have gone to THE FLAGSHIP location of Sonic in Connecticut in the past two months. (Wallingford) The MANAGEMENT is non existent. Some of the workers particularly the girls are busting their ass. Working hard. Some dudes look lazy and unprofessional while some are putting in work. The service is beyond slow. Waited a total of 1:45 hour minutes for a Red Bull slush and two waffles cones on two trips combined. This is totally unacceptable. You are not so short staffed when you have 8 people working there. Either start paying these people $15 in hour an extra 5 if they can skate or shut it down. The manager should be fired or the GM should be fired for hiring terrible non deserving top positions. This is 100% not acceptable for your flagship store. You would expect this **** service in Bristol Connecticut. Fix this or the owner will start losing money. Have some pride! Sat in line for like 30 minutes during happy hour, wanted two route 44 slushes. Finally make it to order, and they tell us the slushy machine is a little watery..fine whatever we committed to this it's only a few bucks...they didn't hear our order and tried to give us mediums, and then we literally just got super sugary juice in a cup with no ice/slush. Nice. Never coming back.

Burgers are overpriced, but very good. the pommes were also overpriced, but terrible. cold and hard. the online order via the app was simple, although they did not show them the price of the item until it was added to their ordering car that is stupid. and as for their two for five specials ... the app allowed me to add them to my order, but when I went to check it said they were not available on this site. really nice. not in a hurry to go back, but not completely out of the question.

Eating here is absolutely disgusting. they don't waste their money here or any ton really
