Metropolis Bar Restaurant Walldorf

It wouldn't be right to give this place fewer than 5 stars; it is what it is and I frequent it often for just that reason. Metropolis is a pleasant local family-class after-work restaurant and bar that serves good pizza by a friendly staff. At one point during the 15 or so years my colleagues and I have been frequenting the place, my friend picked up the manager, married her, and produced a daughter; yea, it's a very family oriented locale.

We had a very nice evening with great drinks and snacks. Service was great and fast

Pizza was more like a tarte flambée, very thin but well topped. Service was a failure, no questions about whether the food was good or a smile on our faces. Ambience was good. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

Terrible!!! Apart from the fact that we were served the wrong food, the toilets were worse than at a motorway rest stop I can't recommend it!! Parking: it works Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: €20–30 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

Dogs no longer allowed, so lost! These are family members!
