The place isn’t extravagant, but the baked goods are prepared right behind the counter and they're absolutely delicious. The owner is friendly and skilled, and you can see her mixer in action. They offer homemade ice cream (huckleberry flavor) made with real sugar instead of corn syrup. The huckleberry cupcake, topped with two different frostings, is out of this world. They also have homemade cookies. I noticed they sell sandwiches and hot dogs, but we were just there for a treat—and she certainly delivered. If I'm ever in Wallace again, I will definitely stop by.
