Got to the bar and asked where the restaurant was and the guy just pointed and said go out back and come back in. Drinks took half an hour to come when we ordered in the restaurant. Ordered a £17 pie that was dry, with a small portion of chips and the world's smallest gravy boat. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
We were dropping someone off at Cardiff Airport and thought we'd stop for Sunday lunch nearby. We chose the King's Arms, and I'm so glad we did. We we're greeted by a friendly member of staff who guided us through to the restaurant. We ordered 4 soft drinks and decided on 3 roast beef and a roast lamb. It all arrived very quickly. The portions were very generous and came with separate veg. We then decided on rhubarb crumble, lemon cheesecake, and brownie for dessert. All throughout the staff were very friendly and polite. If we're in the area again, we'll definitely be back Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
