Papa John's Pizza - Waldorf

At the moment you enter this restaurant team give you a comfortable feeling. Very courteous hosts, it is a good place to go out with buddies or with your date. very good meals, professional chef, decent cost and courteous service. Highly recommended.

Horrible experience just order a delivery for pizza on July 5,2019 approximately 8:35pm they told me it would take 30-35 min. Pizza never came and called the store and they stated that the delivery driver came to my house and a person told them it is the wrong address. Bottom line delivery driver never came to my house. I called and the people that answered my call was very rude and unhelpful...

I Have been a customer for a long time. I can say I will never order from this location again. This store has lost my business for sure. I can truly say who so ever owns this franchise needs to find another manager. You can tell by the way people answer the phone that they don?t want to be there. The customer service I received tonight confirmed that as well. I paid for items I did not receive. I will not buy for meetings. I will not buy for my family. I will not buy for the local schools.

I work nearby and command them at least once a week. And every time my order is something wrong... EVERY TIME. And they always forget the sauces I paid for. When I order chicken, they come on with all 3 tiny drops of sauce. But whatever they get right at least tastes good. It's the only reason I go on, that and they're fast. But I teach the speed to forget half the order.

Pizza always good. Red or white sauce. Great crust. The Papdia was a surprise. Buffalo Huhn was a maze! Well eat every time!!
