Ihop - Waldorf

The Experience was pleasant professional and courteous by the Team assisting with answering my questions regarding a new Menu Item. The service was quick as well.

I didn't get our server name... She was excellent! She didn't write anything... She remembered our order! She was professional... attentive and just wanted wonderful. Our food was hot and delicious. Thank you, dear... you're great! Thank you to the boss.

Waitress was good. Food was not. Scramvked eggs tasted like egg substitute and were not fully cooked on top of that. Sausage links are just fat hot dogs and taste like fat hot dogs. Please IHOP, don't offer it, if you don't even know what it is. Pancake was average. Without the waitress this would be 1 star. Waffles were good I was told.

This place is generally busy. Honestly I love IHOP as a place to go to grab diner-like foods. Not a personal fan of their brew of coffee. However that's just a small thing. Most of the waitresses I have had were attentive, quick to respond, and gave excellent customer service. The experience you get with your food will differ based on who is cooking in the back. I have had the tres leches pancakes served three different ways before. None wrong, but some care more about the appearance of plating than others it would seem.

After leaving the capital heights location after 20 minutes wait On a place of 6 they wanted to break us, we left And went to Waldorf location, where after 3 minutes we got a wonderful breakfast a great waitress named Erica Kudos Is to Waldorf ihop lots of space to put the guests
