We ordered two pizzas and waited outside for more than one hour. We kindly told the personnel about the long waiting time with the request to inform us beforehand next time. We didn't receive one apologie, but were greeted by five big egos. None of them spoke one word of English. But when they did understand through Google Translate they reacted in the most arrogant way.
