Caribou Coffee - Walcott

I am unable to use the Caribou Coffee app at this location, which is a significant disappointment. I would rate the food as 3 out of 5 stars.

The coffee is tasteless and terrible. The cashier is very rude and not kind at all. Overall, I would rate the food 1 out of 5.

They don’t do blended drinks. Or maybe they don’t want to do dishes?Food: 1/5

Stood there and said nothing,asked for large iced mocha ,,still didn't speak or move. $8 drink I almost. Had to make myself

This has the second time I’ve ordered a vanilla white mocha and it’s definitely not white mocha. Shouldn’t all caribous be the same with their drinks? Very disappointed, won’t stop at this caribous again.
