Meldgie's Rivers Edge Cafe

The family and I have been regulars here for 4yrs going about 2-3 times a month. The service is always 10/10 even when the tables are full. The food is always fresh, hot, and quick to come out of the kitchen. The breakfast specials have been fun and my 8 y/o tries them every visit, while my 6 y/o sticks with the Mini Mouse Pancake. The coffee is good and they have some flavored varieties too. As much as I don’t like tourists crowding my favorite spots, I always recommend Meldgie’s.

Great place! Food was prepared exactly as ordered! Coffee was great! Service was friendly! Sauage gravy was amazing! I ordered hash and eggs w rye toast and sausage gravy on the side!

My son and I stopped in for breakfast 1st time here . Was a diner throw back which I like . The service was friendly , great breakfast options , food was good and the server was very attentive with coffee refills and follow up . We will be back !!!

It was a very busy day after the 4th, but the waitress's did an awesome job and so did all the workers...great food and the wait wasn't long at all...

Home fries had no seasoning and no onions very bland. French toast was soggy and scrambled eggs were tasteless. First time dining and will be the last. Staff was pleasant
