Sonic Drive-in - Wake Forest

I love that the person taking my order and the person handing me my order are always in a good mood, polite and pleasant. It can't be easy being short staffed. And my order is always correct, the food is fresh and hot. Thanks mostly for that!

This was my first time trying their hotdogs. The hotdogs themselves are tender and juicy and right to the bite. Only regret that I had was choosing chili cheese on top of it. It was too salty for me. I should have opt for the all American.

Low customer service. did not get the full order, did not show any willingness to be sure that we were satisfied, and any other sound in the opposite are just as bad.

We waited 30 min for 6 feeds and 4 drinks. drinks came out with hardly any ice. eating is cold. that was done, but no one brought it to us. it was 3 o'clock, they weren't very busy. many people go around inside. no excuse! we will not be back

So, 1. let me begin by saying that I had stopped coming to this place due to lack of warm food and personal label. but I am so random in the opposite and decided to get a seawater. the man who edits the window called john. went up and beyond to make sure that we were all taken carefully and eating was hot. his exemplary customer service and his attention. he went to every car, as the line stopped, gave the people drink there and their payments run out to ensure pleasant experiences. hear them, give the brother an extra dollar or 2 hours. he's worth it. if a position opens in my team, I would love to give it a chance. they respect a rare jewel when they come over one.
