Asuka Asian Bistro And Sushi

The food is always great here. No complaints there. We went for lunch and they were half full. They did not have enough staff and we sat at the table for almost 15 minutes without even being greeted. We were also not assigned a server, so the manager just served us and another person covered a little bit. We had to call for help several times just to get our order in and then to get our drinks refilled. I know there is a staffing shortage in the restaurant business, but just be aware of short staffing here and plan for more time.

Got takeout, including a few rolls with fried components. Everything was still crispy after a 30 minute car ride. Flavors were good and pleased with the quality of both the nigiri and soft shell crab.

Asuka is probably the best Japanese or even Asian restaurant (along with Curry House) that we can find within proximity. The sushi options and taste are great. The Yakisoba is also very good, and the Hibachi is also a good, less adventurous, option. We usually decide for take-out as it can get very busy and parking in the plaza is very difficult to find at times. Online order process and pick-up are fairly easy and timely. Service: Take out
