Very poor customer service. Went there for supper last night 1/31/2024, with four volleyball players after their games, tired, thirsty and hungry. The guys at the till said that soft drinks are not available but still took our order of 5 meals with drinks, fries and sundae. He gave us 5 empty cups for the meal package that we paid for but since there is no soft drinks. I asked nicely if we can get at least half cup of another drinks but the second guys said no. He said we need to order separate and pay the whole amount, so rude when he explain how they informed the girls prior to ordering. I ended up cancelling the orders but paid for the sundaes since the girls touched them but left it all at the counter. We went to coop instead and ordered Chester chicken meal package excellent meal and cheaper compare to what I initially ordered at DQ.

The fast in fast food has not been with this place in years.

We ordered peanut buster parfaits we were asked what the coupon code was on our coupon rudely the peanuts on our peanut butter barley had any chocolate in our ice cream will not go back (please like this post)

The staff are rude, never smile and treat you as an inconvenience. Never a welcome, hello, thank you or have a good day. Customer service is everything. I'm done supporting this business and the paychecks of such unpleasant staff.
