It was kind of a different take on Mexican. More like a Cuban almost It's not a full service restaurant order at the window then they call your name. They smoke their meats right there in the parking lot. The salsa was really good and had a good heat to it.

I've been to the OG Mad Taco twice. The first time was spontaneous trip with my wife on Halloween weekend and we had so much fun. Sean/Shaun, Shawn, was the bartender and the dude is on point! This time we came back with our beautiful pup and chilled on the picnic tables. The tacos were OFF THE HOOK. The beer list unparalleled. And the service impeccable! I met two of the cats that work smoking the meats and they were both super chill dudes. Sean* was working again and he is such a down to earth dude. I told him we were on our way to Schilling and he knew I'd dig it!
