Fox Bbq - Waimea

This place was awesome. The food was great and the service was outstanding. The Brisket French dip and the pork were can’t miss but everything we ordered was good. A full bar too!

Stopped here on a whim while driving through Waimea. I'm so glad we did! The food was amazing, especially their brisket. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting or passing through Waimea.

Smelled great from parking lot, food tastes even better! Delicious meats, yummy fried pickles, sides, great sauce with very friendly helpful fun staff.

We went at the end of the night so their famous brisket was dry (I bought the last plate). Their service is excellent, the menu is varied, and man it was good otherwise- fried pickle spears were the best I ever had, the poke nachos had excellent toppings, and the seafood gumbo was spot on. I would go back.

My wife had Poke’, it was ok. I had the BBQ sampler. Also 5 out of 10. Service was fine, but overall its nothing special. Thankfully we didnt have to wait long.
