Bidrage med feedbackWe had a good experience came in with a no notice group order for 6 sandwiches and all were done quickly and correctly. Got a hungry group of people fed and happy. So no complaints this time Oct 2021!
Avoid this subway. out of everything meats, bread. etc. went to order a simple sandwich (tuna) and it was vetoing dry . we ended up throwing the rest of our sandwiches away. just over all not impressed or even wanting to go back end we go to bellows beach right next to it weekly . so sad, just being ur own food or go somewhere else
Subway’s employee Kim, was the rudest person ever, but also overcharged us and didn’t care to apologize.
I received the most confused service and arguably the worst rotisserie chicken wrap I have ever had and I order them all the time. The woman behind the counter, although nice, was loud and inefficient. Liquid dripped from my wrap in a steady stream, making it impossible for me to finish the second half before it fell apart. I'm not sure why. I did not order any dressing or condiments on my wrap. If I go back, I will not order this wrap again. There was also the small matter of being overcharged for one drink then undercharged for a small drink which resulted in my friend having to stand up from her lunch twice to go to the register. Settling the cost was a nightmare.
This is the absolute worst Subway that I've ever been to. The customer service was dung, compliments to I believe is named Kim. I was told she was a manager and if that's so, that store should just shut down. They were out of everything that I wanted (overheard what they were out of while helping customers before me) so I tried to make my order simple. I don't want to go in to the details, just know that she doesn't listen to the customers and when she gets flustered, she cops an attitude with the customers. My sandwich was burnt. I had to tell them to take my sandwich out. Along with this undeserving 1 star (they don't even deserve that), I will be filing a complaint with that locations owner, Aafes. As long as the in-store management remains the same... Avoid avoid avoid! Shut this place down and put a Chipotle instead!
