Mamma Roma - Waiblingen

I was the first time in Mamma Roma and I am very excited about the food, the ambience and the super team. We were very friendly and we felt comfortable. The service, Mendi surprised us with her beautiful path and her attentive service. Mamma Roma is highly recommended.

Before the Pinsa is excellent. The dough is perfect and tastefully excellent. But what is not so beautiful is the way complaints are treated. As I read it here in the reviews. The seafood salad was very special. I don't know who can eat that. The consistency of the squeeze rings was gallet-like. My accompaniment and I found the unfit. The amount also showed that this salad could not be among the strengths there. There were about 200g quid rings. You're getting bad. It was only said that one would tell the cook. So talk, zero understanding. We didn't feel very professional. We like to come back from the appetizers, but we leave our fingers.
