Jerry's Pizza - Waialua

Incredible location in wailua! Outside is something inconceivable, inside just incredible. I had a Bacon cheese berger who became one of the best bergers? I had years. seating for six people, personal was incredible. background music was perfect. music played at a band easy to hear, but they could keep a conversation without problems. lighting created the perfect atmosphere. this is a din in and enjoy the meal with friends and family location.

I'm gonna get this now and hope so? I like what it looks like, but as always I'm not impressed. do you need a little quality control when it comes to sauces and taste? it tastes directly from a dose! I write this out dear hope, one day I will get a lil less sauce a little more taste! I'm from new york, so I know how a good piece tastes!

Think about crust pizza, do not know if they have thick crust pizza. Pizza was nothing special. The toilets were stinky and dirty.

Have many times and no problems. This last visit coke was flat, salad was terrible (red pieces of salad over all salad) and I never got my hot wings. When our waitress came by and asked my husband about the wings, she was like oh yes. I went against and asked if the order should be cancelled. She stood there with the other waitress and said I told him three times about the wings and I'm sorry. Instead of chatting, she should have told me. I waited 30 minutes. Husband has his food. Don't think I've been going back since the management changed.

I came with my family hoping to eat some good pizza locally, big mistake. The waiter was inattentive despite us being the only ones there at first, one of our drinks never arrived. After a half hour our cheesy garlic fries came, they were cold and burnt. After an hour total we decided to ask how much longer and were surprised to see that other orders were being filled before ours, I'm talking several other orders about 7 of them and 2+ pizzas at a time. The pizza was ready after over an hour... well the first one. The pizza was plain and distasteful we were very disappointed to say the least. After 10 more minutes we decided to ask for our second pizza to go, at this point we were tired of being there and just wanted to leave but had to wait an additional 10 minutes for it. Both pizzas came warm at best. Coming into a local spot with high hopes we left very disappointed not to mention almost being charged for a drink that never came, if I could leave negative stars I would. Absolutely terrible service and food don't waste your time or money you're better off eating frozen pizza. worst restaurant experience of my life.
