The Fox Cafe - WAHROONGA

Nice little cafe tucked away in Wahroonga. Loved the big breakfast. Pleasant staff and they get through the orders pretty quickly. 10% discount if paid in cash

Only a few minutes stroll down from the SANS Hospital you come across this little hidden gem. Usually food looks good but lacks that satisfaction, but this did not. They do the usual breakfast and they do it well. That can be seen with all the regulars that come around during midday lunch. My favourite to get is the Mushroom Brekky with juice to wash it down. Coffee was on point. The main owner seem irritated at other guest, but hey I come for the food and not the service. Food: Service: Ambience: Will I come back? Most definitely YES!

We had a delicious weekday lunch at The Fox Cafe. I had the Salt Pepper Calamari which was fresh tasting and melted in the mouth, not at all chewy or oily. It was paired with a light salad and truffle aioli. My wife had the Halloumi Chicken Salad which was also delicious and fresh and tasty. Lunch was followed by a couple of well made coffees. We have been here a number of times over the past few months and the dishes have always been excellent with a variety that spans cafe favourites like those we had and burgers, but also various pastas and risottos and even beef pho. The only problem is they aren't open for dinner, only breakfast and lunch.

Honestly best French Toast I’ve ever had. The service is so friendly that we will be back for sure! Great coffee too. Thank you!
