Bidrage med feedbackI will do everything human possible to never order from this place again: I called into my order. to say the girl who answered the phone, lacking customer service would be an understatement. she sounded upset by the second she answered the phone until she hangs up. she took my address, order and payment. I said my order would arrive in 20 minutes. 20 minutes later I get a call to confirm my address. another interaction is missing in customer service. the girl confirms my address and says that the order will be on the way in short and hangs with a statement or another word. 20 minutes after that, I get a call from a manager who asked me to meet at the gate because they have no access to the basic that I live on and can not deliver to us (always the 5.99 delivery fee, although we need to fulfill them) was offered half an apology with zero sincerity for the mix "they checked my address twice, over an hour to deliver a request that I would never say that I originally

I had ordered $80.00 worth of food for a small get together. I had ordered 2 LG hand toss pizzas with extra sauce and two med pan pizzas extra sauce. When i got the pizzas home, i grabbed 1 slice. I noticed there was no sauce so i checked the other pizzas. Same thing. So i called the store they told me they could credit the pizzas i told them i needed the pizzas because of the get together. Then they have me take pictures of the order and text it to them. Then they say that they can only replace the pizzas that weren't touched however they were touched to take the pictures. The staff had an attitude... It's like it's not my fault they made it wrong. So finally after dinner time they delivered 3 pizzas told us they couldn't take back the ones that were made wrong. I am planning on calling the owner to let him know how i feel good employees are not good for his business.
Only reason I'm not giving 5 star is there brownies used to be the best now they just don't taste the same but other than that such a nice team working there
