Bidrage med feedbackThe premises: old venerable house with a rustic slender and guest room cozy. In good weather, I went to beer garden with about 10 tables. If you overlook the fact that it is a farm with a garage door that acts as a beer garden, and that quietly swinging cooling units work on top of each other, you can still feel comfortable. Most of the time the beer garden was full, which already speaks for the house. Service: As everywhere we work here with helpers, one of whom was very friendly, the other more Bavarian. It is common that they are very fleeting, eating: Unfortunately, the cards have already been fully picked up and are pleasantly clear from the menu. 12 dishes, some of which change daily. On the first day I was still cautious and ordered with a Schnitzel Wiener Kunst. It was not a problem to replace the pommes against a cucumber / potato salad. To anticipate it, my caution was unfounded. For carving, the cook used a very good meat quality and then baked the good piece in butter. The panade was wonderfully loose and a perfect hit. The potato salad was of course homemade and there was nothing in taste. After my praise for the good food, the young service informed me about the daily changing dishes and told me that in the morning there was duck for which I signed up. When I came, I was recognized, kindly greeted and led to my reserved table. I was done. The skin of the duck was still crispy and the meat was easily removed from the bone. As a sauce, a normal dark roast sauce was added to what I usually consider as a second class. Here it was that it was a self-drawn sauce, which nevertheless harmonized very well with the duck. There was a fresh, homemade potato sauce and blue herbs. Everything in a convincing kitchen performance.
