The premises: old venerable house with a rustic slender and guest room cozy. In good weather, I went to beer garden with about 10 tables. The potato salad was of course homemade and there was nothing in taste. After my praise for the good food, the young service informed me about the daily changing dishes and told me that in the morning there was duck for which I signed up. When I came, I was recognized, kindly greeted and led to my reserved table. I was done. The skin of the duck was still crispy and the meat was easily removed from the bone. As a sauce, a normal dark roast sauce was added to what I usually consider as a second class. Here it was that it was a self-drawn sauce, which nevertheless harmonized very well with the duck. There was a fresh, homemade potato sauce and blue herbs. Everything in a convincing kitchen performance.
