For the first time in YEARS. The whole place was depressing. The best part was the topping bar and they had only loaded the toppings in plastic cups 75 cents each. It felt like they were closing every day. It's sad to see a piece of my childhood like that.

The ice was good, but there were service problems at this point. When my daughter and I came in, there was an employee, Raegen, who was busy, but very kind. Moments later, another employee called Madison went in, went behind the counter and was extremely rude to the girls before us in the line. Madison was sarcastic and inappropriate to them and asked why they came to DIESE Menchie and that they were not welcome there. Then she told them to come out when the girls hadn't done anything except to show a patronage to a local ice shop. I saw this terrible scene in unbelief. There were other customers, including a grandmother and her young grandchild, who could not be more than 6 years old. When I talked to the manager, Madison said she was the manager. If this is the case, I will file a complaint with the District Manager, as I am sure that a franchise is as big as Menchies would not tolerate this kind of disregard and bad behavior of an employee. Staff Madison was incredibly rude and cursed a customer for no reason.

Did you learn that? Manager, swore to a customer who didn't say anything.

Terrible experience with a manager. I believe her name is Madison and she harassed and told a customer to leave the store over petty drama.
