Everyone is so nice! I go so often that they know what I like and remember that I'm dairy free!Dietary restrictions: There's almond milk and oat milk options for people like me who are dairy free!

The employees at this place are always super rude which is why I never buy her but my mom wanted a cold coffee!!! A cooler. I get someone is new but then if there new don’t place them at the front taking orders by themselves when they don’t know any of the drinks! Asking for a cooler and then having them have to make it 3 times because the girl doesn’t know what a cooler is (we got a hot coffee first! Then and Ice coffee!! Like hello. What does a cooler mean! and then snapping at me because she’s new is unacceptable!!!! If your supposed to be training her in then you should be by her side taking orders so she knows what a freaking cooler is! And don’t you ever snap at someone like that again when you’ve cleared are at fault for NOT TRAINING the new girl your supposed to be training!!! Will continue to get my coffee at STARBUCKS across from this location!!

I love this Caribou. Always a great cup of coffee. I really enjoy chatting with the staff and they are always friendly.

This coffee shop is always clean and homey. And the baristas are very friendly! Great spot to have in town.
