Schlotzsky's - Waco

The food is fresh always and good. We tried the new flat bread with avocado and chicken. Man that is killer. I highly recommend that you try it out.

Ordered thru door dash, had it delivered direct. Veggies on sandwich tasted old, bread was kind of stale, the cinnabon was old and cold, they didn’t warm it up like they were asked any way. Only good part of the order was bag of chips Lg. Coke 3/24/24

Walked in to restaurant an wait 5 min to get waited on noticed two other people in there that's it been here eating not no one was cleaning tables floor nothing pigs sty pay 15 bucks for food you would think place would be clean on a really slow night need to clean hate to see cooking erea.

Y’all need to work on customer service forreal… that young woman with the Braces working drive thru was so rude.. Once I called her out on her attitude she started getting heated yelling back at me.. like you know what you did how you acted.. I manage a restaurant I’d never let my customers leave so unhappy.. not cool.. do better!
