Papa Johns Pizza - Waco

Definitely recommended! Door dash left my order at a different apartment but I called and they solved it AND sent more of what I ordered! They will be all that I order from, from now on

I had put in a delivery order and was waiting for 3 hours and so I called to double check on my order and they told me they had canceled my order because they got my address wrong..(even though I repeated it on the phone several times when I was ordering). Atleast they gave me a refund but they were not very friendly. I’ve never had a bad experience like this before. But oh well. Better luck next time.

I ordered ranch. No ranch.I ordered extra pineapple. No extra pineapple. My medium pizza is the size of a personal pan. I ordered light cheese. Looks like extra cheese was applied.Disappointed.

The two pizzas I ordered weren’t cooked all the way and they tasted very bland. Very disappointed.

I have been waiting for my pizza for over an hr, still does not say it is even on the way yet, I ordered it at 9:12 and it is now 10:22pm
