Papa Johns Pizza - Waco

The Papadias are delicious and the New York Pizza makes me long even more for the City that Never Sleeps!

I waited 4 hours until the pizza arrives frozen and a zehenail in I am in total disgust I threw it away after, I am disappointed

I waited an hour and 37 minutes to get a pepperoni pizza that arrived cold and opened, I called 2 times and the manager insisted on waiting another 15-20 minutes and the manager said he was “short” on the shippers, he would have kept the pizza warm, I honestly think he put it on a counter waiting for them to be delivered again, I will not buy papa johns.

The manager as well as some of the employees are very rude, I had a double order and the manager refused to return my money, this is the second time that this location did not deliver to a good customer service. the first time was a cold pizza now it is not a refund because the pizza was made? this place must take a kind of customer service training

The customer service is terrible, the woman worker who answers the phone is the worst worker of them all and pizza manufacturers are blind and do not know how to make a high quality pizza.
