Mcdonald's - Waco

I really enjoy visiting this McDonald's location on 19th Street. The staff is always friendly and attentive.

Burgers so cold the cold cheese doesn't even melt. I asked them to make them microwaves and they wouldn't even do that. so they have this review. 15 minutes to get to eat at 12:30.

If their door dashing doesn’t come here, the worst macdonald’s, not working enough with workers and they are so busy, they can’t keep

Total garbage, nothing good about this place. I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese, no pickles, extra lettuce, and bacon. What I got was a stale, cold patty with no cheese. The texture was like biting into a broken pencil. There was hardly any bacon, the lettuce was wilted, and the fries seemed overcooked, almost like they were fried twice because they were so hard. They were hard enough to use as toothpicks. It's unacceptable for a restaurant to serve food like this. They have a responsibility to their customers to provide a decent meal, especially when people are paying for it. This was a total disaster, do not eat here.

I was disappointed with the Mgmt ! I really didn't mind waiting. I ordered a apple pie with my meal, I watched the manager come from the back with a handful of pies. She put one in my bag and the young man gave me my food.The pie was ice cold!! Really so disappointed with this manager ?! I would have waited for you to heat it up!When you're a leader please don't teach your team laziness. Sorry I give this visit a 2 out 10?
