This place is very popular with young people, so screaming and swearing youngsters are always crowded here. As for the pizza, it's good. Delicious, fast, high quality. Tried different ones and all were delicious.

City of Vorkuta. The order was taken at 13:04. The order was confirmed by phone at 13:06. Delivery time 14:59. How can it take so long to deliver in a city where the farthest point is no more than 20 minutes. The delivery man also asks why they didn’t warn that the intercom was not working (in the order through the site it was indicated that it was not working and you need to call the phone, it was also said 2 times by a certain Mamanova). Terrible service! Pizza arrived cold (which is not surprising)

We ordered pizza at 23.00, an hour passed, they called Helios, they said that five minutes had given the order to the delivery man. Pizza arrived at 00.15, cold, although it should be hot, as there should be a thermal bag, but it was not!!!

I ordered the summer set, half was fresh, the other half was yesterday’s at best. The rice in it was dry and gray. Goodbye pomodoro, I always ordered there before.

It used to be better, now it's a complete mess. There are a lot of inadequate young people, they shout, swear, etc., the management does not take any measures. They do not monitor the cleaning of the tables, garbage and crumbs are often left on the tables. The kitchen leaves much to be desired. I don't recommend it
