Ottimo posto per gustare i prodotti locali (conservati, pasta tipica, oli, vini ecc. e soprattutto formaggi! Ampia scelta di pecorino e condimenti di vario tipo. È possibile richiedere il sottovuoto per la carne e i formaggi. Molto consigliato.

Shop through and through. upon entering you can breathe in the cheese (of various types, shapes and colours) and you are catapulted into Tuscan authenticity. the back shop used for the consumption of products they sell. few tables, do-it-yourself reigns. we get ready and clear away. then once you have read the menu at the entrance you order at the shop counter. Mixed platter of cured meats and cheeses for a more than generous person. shoulder sandwich with dried tomatoes and delicious cheese. pici with truffle and cheese nothing special. I would remove the first courses so as not to lower the level of the platters and sandwiches. ideal for a hit and run while visiting the city. highly recommended

Sapori in Corso is a shop located in the old town of Volterra, a wonderful medieval town in Tuscany Region, in the center of Italy. I came here in August-2019 to buy local food! Cheeses, cured sausages, truffle, wine to take away..really great! This night we tasted the food in the appartmentnand it was excellent! A very nice shop with a great local product. Very recommendable for food and wine-lovers.

Our Driver Tony stopped by this shop to pick up some cheese and meats for his girlfriend. So we decided if it is good enough for Tony, it will be great for our Italian friends. Lovely meats and cheeses, pastas and more

Very neat and clean shop, stocked with typical local products, all with a fabulous appearance and for all tastes. Upon entering you can savor the scent of pecorino and salami. We took some salami and oil to take home and were very satisfied, excellent quality products. You can also find wines, bitters, pecorino, honey, biscuits, there is a wide choice for everyone. The salamis were vacuum packed at the moment, the staff is very courteous. I recommend coming in to take home a bit of Tuscany or to get some gifts that will surely be appreciated. There is also the possibility of having cutting boards made to eat on the spot
