Mcdonald's - VITERBO

I went to this McDonald's and ordered a few items. It was self service and payment by card so all was ok till here. Came to the service and the food came and one item was a egg muffin. It was as hard as a rock. I could hit someone with it and they would fall down. Called over the staff, can't remember her name but she has blonde curly hair and she was as bad as a street uneducated fool with her attitude. The uneducated staff decides to tell me this is a new item on the menu released 2 days ago and it's how it is served. Disgusted I asked for a second one and this time please see the picture, it was served the same and drenched in oil to make it soft. Clearly it was on the hot shelf for atleast 2 hrs and they were trying to clear bad left overs hoping no one will complain. Then asked to see a manager and was directed to some other staff that was not a manager. The manager finally came and we got a fresh muffin that was edible and the way it should be. It's disgusting how the staff attitude was over the whole issue. There was more to it but I feel this is enough to complain about as I have proved my point. A lot of better places to go to like TOTOS AND OTHER PIZZERIAS AROUND. Avoid this joint as it's disgusting. Also my signature burger was literally red inside uncooked. It's a disgrace this place. Honest avoid.

I never ever thought I'd review a McDonalds. But this is by far the best McDonalds I've ever been to and it deserves cred! Super clean: Tables, counter, floor, toilets Excellent Friendly staff: Althoug you order at the machine, they bring out you food to the table and here it's with a genuine smile!! McCafe great selection of cakes and great tastes.

I panini hanno quel gusto unico e inconfondibile di McDonald's, le patatine non mi entusiasmano perché diventano immangiabili non appena si raffreddano e talvolta sono più saporite di altre. Al drive-through sono sempre veloci, gentili e non manca mai nulla.
