We knew Azafran from the center, having had dinner 3 years ago there and the experience at that time was absolutely enriching. The difference with Azafran in Vistalba is the accompanied menu of wines to pair, but that is not synonymous with less valia, the opposite. Being able to dine in an atmosphere like the current one (only until people started to arrive we were SOLOS) and pairing the dinner with the wines of the winery, in their different options, recommendations of the sommelier through, that I also invite us more wines of which corresponded was something unforgettable. The 3-step menu with few options in each step but each with an EXCEPTIONAL presentation, UNICOS flavors, I loved the dishes, very Nipona style. As I said before, the sommelier was a total genius who was talking to us because he realized, not only that we understood but enjoyed the talk. The mussels with aligot, spectacular, the eye of bife at its right point and the desserts, of OTHER WORLD!! It was an experience that we will surely not forget and that probably on another trip we will repeat!!! I do not agree with the previous review that the options could be more varied! In the variation not always this taste
I had the opportunity to visit them and as the first point I want to highlight the excellent attention of their manager and all of their team. Food and wines are extremely exquisite. A place to recommend and return every time you visit Mendoza.
