We ended our final evening in Gotland at Volare wine bar. The wine was fantastic, the service was professional yet personable, and we were extremely pleased with the variety of wines we sampled. The sommeliers were very knowledgeable and friendly. The appetizers were also excellent. We highly recommend it!

My mother and I had an incredible experience dining at this restaurant. I ordered a meat dish while she opted for the fish, both of which were delicious. If you enjoy natural wine, this restaurant is a must-visit. The service was top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff. Thank you for making our dinner in Visby unforgettable.

I visited Volare for the first time and I was not let down. The atmosphere, quality, and service were all amazing - definitely a 5-star experience. This is exactly what Visby has been missing!

After a first visit when I enjoyed a diverse cheese platter with an assortment of breads and a nice Malbec, it took only a few days before I wanted to return for a full meal. That time I went for a tasty pasta dish, accompanied by a very full-bodied Italian wine. The staff wants you to find what's right for you and generously offered a sampling until I was happy. The interior is bright with white ceilings, walls, and chairs in a cavernous room of a very old building in Old Town Visby. It gives Volare a particular, stylish ambiance. There is limited outdoor seating as well--a great option on a pleasant summer day. This is a great place to discover new wines you have never heard of, with the competent guidance of staff that take pride in their restaurant.

A wine bar in a locality from year 1200! Very good selections of ordinary and more exclusive wines. Very nice and knowledable personel. Also a good selections of beers and you can get snacks and food if you want. Don´t miss this gem!! !
