Straw Hat Pizza - Visalia

I REALLY like pizza but unfortunately this just isn’t the spot. I came to the buffet around noon expecting fresh pizza and options but there was only pepperoni and vegetarian pizza and both looked like they had been sitting out for a while and were pretty dried out. I ate a couple pieces that were pretty poor and asked if they would be putting any other options out hoping that a fresh pizza would be better. The staff (I’m assuming the owners) were kind enough to make a new pizza and brought me a personal pizza. While the gesture was kind, I was frustrated that I ended up filling up on one type of pizza and paid $15 for the buffet. I could have just paid their lunch special of $9 for a personal pizza and a drink. Unfortunately, I’ll try other pizza spots in town next time.

Food is freshly baked and delicious. I would highly recommend eating here for the best pizza in town. Plus, their groove twist are amazing.

Great pizza, friendly service and a welcoming atmosphere! Local or passing through, check it out and enjoy! Kid-friendliness: Size and location great for a pizza party. Parking: Plenty of space in the evening to park.

Pretty Good.. I would of liked a little more Favor (Cheese and Sauce were very minimal)... The Bread Twists were Great, and the Service was Very Friendly ?

I've heard of strawhat but never been til now, I've been missing out! Great crust tasty pizza and very friendly staff. I will be dining there again and ordering in the future!
