Henry Salazar's Fresh Mex Grill

Every time I'm in Visalia, I come to Henry Salazaar's fresh Tex-Mex grill. Over 18 years I had her menu all the way. The menu is now updated and fresh. Fresh grill of Atlantic salmon with garlic lemon sauce is cooked for perfection. Rib eye steak beautiful and juice with double baked potatoes was fabulous. Goat cheese Chili rellno was delicious, these are just a few to mention. Look at their authentic Mexican foods like Super Burrito and other combo plates just fantastic and consistent for the last 2 decades. A must in downtown Visalia

Didn't eat here long and that won't happen again. There was a 45-minute waiting time at Alejandra so we went down Main Street. There was no soul in Salazars who made us nervous. You need an update marketing or something. Or we just keep it our secret. In any case, no one in our 10 people party has left hunger and everyone has raves about their dishes. I had the chimichanga and it was great. The top shelf Margarita was also perfect!

We're going to a high-quality Mexican dinner. Good atmosphere, good food, good service. I never had a bad meal here. Love salsa! My favorite is the spicy chicken taco plate.

By far the best Mexican food I had out here. Don't look different! The lobsters of Enchiladas are a must. They are absolutely amazing. The drinks are also really good. But my favorite thing is the salsa... It's sooo good! It has a little kick. On everything the staff here is absolutely amazing and friendly.

I love the feeling of this place and we come at least 3 times a month. They accommodate my three year old and the dietary needs of my husband. The service is always good and their drinks are reasonably priced. The food is good. There is room to improve, and if you are looking to be impressed or eat something fancy, this is NOT that kind of restaurant. However, their carnitas is moist, spicy chicken tasty, margaritas strong, and chips hot. Good, solid, and consistent.
