Wendy's - Virginia Beach

The quality of this Wendy's has really gone downhill in the past 2 months or so. Messed up orders, drinks tasting terrible, machines broke or their out of

Did the drive thru today for the loaded nacho burger combo. I wanted a peppermint frosty, but was told they only have chocolate today. I got a coke instead. The drive thru line was long and they were slow! I thought maybe they were short staffed, but after reading prior reviews this seems to be the norm. The staff was really friendly though and we got everything we ordered. The fries were hot and salty and the nacho burger was amazing as always. They just need to speed up their service a bit.

The dining room was closed in the middle of the day and the drive through was kinda slow. We ordered two sandwiches and both were wrong. We had to get back in line to get them replaced, but they did so without too much trouble. Once that happened, we were able to enjoy our lunch in our car in the parking lot.

The food, for the most part, was good. Finally got my pumpkin spice frosty. It was pretty good. My daughter ordered an oatmeal bar which was obviously overdone and should not have been sold. They gave her a cookie to make up for it. They almost tried to give her the overdone chocolate chip ones. I understand things happen and items are sometimes overcooked, but do the right thing and bake another batch instead of giving custers a hard overdone product.

Had a frosty craving. Went through the drive thru. They were nice to my dog. That is all. It made my day.
