Taco Bell - Virginia Beach

I love this location! Everytime I go there I am greeted with a smile and my order has always been correct. I will drive here anytime I want Taco Bell rather than the closer locations, it’s just worth my time. The staff is AMAZING. I’m not sure of their specific names but I’ve never had a bad experience here! I came here the other day and there were only two ladies working, and they did amazing! While morale was low, they managed to stay so kind and I hope they know how appreciated they are!!

Went through drive-thru about 6pm on Wednesday- I believe it was Adriana who took my order was very welcoming and thorough. The food was made fresh. It was a hot day and the cups of water we received were a size larger which is greatly appreciated.

Shantice has the best customer service skills. I will gladly be going out of my way to come back to this Taco Bell again! My order was correct and was made with care. No sloppy, thrown together, and tossed into bag meal here ladies and gents! Y'all ROCK!

After a rude interlude at the Volvo Kempsville Taco Bell, it was refreshing to walk into this store and be greeted immediately! Anna and her crew did an excellent job keeping the drive through going while attending to the customers in the store! I had an order for 6 people and it was ready in a jiffy! Best visit to Taco Bell I have ever had! Needless to say, I WILL NOT be going back to the Volvo/Kempsville Road store. NO ONE should be treated like that!!

This store never disappoints. My order is always correct. Staff is friendly and professional. The store is clean. I'm always welcomed when I walk through the door. This is my favorite store. (Fordham Dr. in V. Beach)
