Subway - Virginia Beach

Our subs were made correctly, but it's probably because the two employees, Jordan and Richelle, spent the whole time gossiping amongst each other about DUIs and their friends and families, so they took an unnecessary amount of time placing each item onto our subs as their focus was on their conversation by stopping making the sandwiches every few seconds to continue it. They were also complaining about other employees and not having back-ups for their front expo where they make the sandwiches, but perhaps if they stop gossiping with each other and made back-ups it would solve the dilemma.

So I pulled up to this location at 8:43 and the door says that it's open till 10 and the website says that it's open till 10 and yet when I go to open the door it's locked and the young man and the young woman both teenagers, reason why you shouldn't leave teenagers in charge, both shake their heads no. Learn how to run a business and how to delegate cause both of your employees are clearly not the proper people to leave in charge. I'll try to leave a picture which also has the open sign lit up.

Service was awful. People working were beyond rude. Barely could hear the two speak. Kept talking amongst themselves and paying about 0% of the attention towards customers

Wish they had the veggie patty but they have the personal pizza and I'm happy with that. My husband prefers this location over others. Never had a problem. They're always friendly and quick. Always clean.

I arrived at 9:30 and the guy said that they opened at 9 but he was not prepared at all to open. He didn't even have the guacamole thawed. Then proceeded to complain about how he was only one person when all I asked was if he had cookies out. Very rude
