Kappo Nara Ramen - Virginia Beach

This is our favorite ramen spot in VB. Always great food, always fresh. We always get the fried chicken ramen. We especially love that my wife and I can eat here and it's less than $40 for dinner, which is rare these days. They do a tag team setup for service, so it's a little impersonal, but you can always ask any server for anything and the food flies out when it's ready so it's always hot. Even on a busy night, not too long a wait, and reasonable time to wait for food. Love it!

Great aesthetics and good eating. we all know that what makes ramen big is the suppenbase, and that's what they've decided here. not too easy and not excessive. I have the spicy misters and it was great. I'll say the bamboo shoots were a little sweet, which I didn't expect. but this has not taken away from the taste of the suppe.

Omg! I have to say I was in tokio, sasebo, osaka, nagasaki and that's the next thing I found in the usa. I'm sorry I don't live in virginia, but in michigan. I wish michigan had this restaurant! I have to open one to the north, it would be a big hit. for three people it was about $60, everything was made fresh! had softdrinks and we even have doggy bags. Definitiw will be back a few times before I have to go back to the north. but. will be back every year to eat! oh yes and family member to visit norfolk lol. see what good food does? lola has to eat! amazing!

What a fun and authentic restaurant! Staff was friendly and attentive and the ramen was on point! Flavors were great and food was very authentic! A must try to Ramen lovers or those who love Japanese cuisine. Boba was also delicious and a great price compared to other Boba places.

Kappo Nara Ramen. Phenomenal. Offering a variety of Japanese ramen, and a multitude of beverages. The ramen I ordered was exceptional. Additionally, the service is what stood out the most. Our server was polite and well mannered. The environment was clean and respectable. Overall, had a great experience.
