Bidrage med feedbackDelivery guy dropped order off at the wrong address. None notified us we'd call got told it would be there in 10 or 15 min. After an hour after the time it should have been delivered hubby went to the restaurant to find out what the deal was. Staff unhelpful and pretended that they hadn't gotten our order. After some prying they finally admit to what happened and remade our order. He asked for a refund on the delivery and delivery tip being the delivery didn't happen. THEY AGREED! ITS BEEN A MONTH AND STILL NO REFUND and I reached out 3 times and nothing!
I went in to pick up they have been no dine in for months. the employee working the computer looked at me but said nothing i waited at the counter for over 14 mins to be acknowledged by the employee behind the line cooking she walked up front and the employee at the computer started yelling at her because she couldn’t find the option she needed on her screen then another customer walked in and they came right up to help him still not acknowledging me. when i finally did get some help from the other employee i gave them my name and instead of telling me anything about she huffed off and started yelling if my order was ready they hadn’t even started making it and i had sent it in an hour before hand. while i waited for them to make my food the employee originally up front was back there slamming dishes around repeatedly two more customers came in without her greeting them for extensive periods of time yelling at her co workers using profanity.. i don’t think i’ll be back anytime soon
Pizzas were two hand tossed pepperoni in large and medium and they taste different and looked different.
Pizza was excellent, online ordering was easy and my order was ready when I arrived.
Placed order at 5:04pm on 2/16, and the email said it'd be here by 5:35. I watched the tracker, and they were making our order at 7:03 (2 hours after placing it). We didn't get our order until 7:40. Food was hot, so I'm guessing they had to remake it or their app downright lies. Placed order for pickup (didn't want to wait almost 3 hours for dinner again) at 5:25 on 2/23. It was supposed to be ready at 6:10. I watched the tracker, and it said it was ready at 6:05. My kids were in the parking lot just waiting til it was ready to go in and pick it up. They waited in a long line of rude people, and got to the counter, and our food wasn't even being made yet! Another half hour wait til it's ready. Food is good WHEN you get it. Slowest pizza place on the range, hands down. Also, the Pizza Hut app and site is problematic. If I sign in, I can't add things to my cart (tech error), and then it won't allow me to log out to order as a guest, so the problem persists. I had to order on my kid's phone, and it was slow and laggy and I still got errors. Because of the issues, I can't take part in their rewards program. All around a complete clusteryuck! *Save yourself the headache and order local Snickers, Dave's, Poor Gary's, or whatever. We wrote off Domino's 6 months ago for consistently screwing up our orders, and we'll do the same with Pizza Hut for never getting things done in a remotely timely fashion, and not letting the customers know about delays or issues until they are there to pick it up or call to see where it is.
