We were a table of 10 people. We all took the menu at 21,50€. There is a choice in the menu knowing that this includes the slate of the moment. The value/price ratio is correct. The only thing we found slightly moved is that the server of our table allowed to make a remark and make fun of one between us. This was certainly on the tone of the rigolade, but he did not have to say that or enter into our conversation.
Restaurant forgot. Beneficiant of a good gift, we were in a corner against the wall and the intern. Giant plates and tiny contents. Almost raw coconut egg that was sent back to the kitchen for the same reason by another customer. Fletan bathing in water and no trace of white butter. Champagne tres acid. Haddock salad with a haddock sewing. Tournedos facon rossini invoice has 22 euros served with ketchup.......and a basket of fries as at burger king in the 90's and a marble of foie gras and non bitter foie gras. Very dirty food, very sugary and very fade at once. Service to the pitcher. So hot plates that it is impossible to touch them while the content is just tied. The legumes are so tarabiscotes that they are unrecognizable. It would have better valued to remove the sprinkler without olive oil and the mouthing very sugar and fill the plates more. New cuisine has been fashionable for a long time and made by a chef who has forgotten the essentials: taste, respect for the product and...... customers. Restaurant forgot very fast.
We have dinner in this restaurant, having descended into the hotel, beautiful discovery, with excellent cuisine, a very good service with listening and smiling staff, a chef who must love his profession and who attaches himself to the little plus that makes a simple dish, a nice plate that puts on appetite.
In the hall, a bunch of blouses at the chorizo. Nice presentation, subtle wedding that comes out of the ordinary. A merlu with almond milk in flat, very good association and very tasteful. A dessert chosen from a wide choice and quality equal to the whole meal. And finally, a good coffee. All of this in a contemporary setting resting and served by an adventurous staff. I know where to go back to satisfy my original cooking desires.
