Hotel de France - Vire Normandie

Every time we visit this opposite, we visit the restaurant hotel de france because of the high standards of eating and service. you have always met at the door that is a nice, inviting touch. eating is always well presented and served with good fantasy. from a fast and pleasant waitress. the entire experience from the time they enter into the time they leave is a credit to the management.

My son and I ate dinner here on 18 October. We opted for two courses and we were pleased with our choices. The waitress, who was welcoming and efficient, brought us a mise en bouche before our meal...a beetroot mousse, which was very nice. My...son had the hake, which came with a good sauce. I had the smoked salmon and tagliatelle with a butter sauce. The food was of a good quality. The portions were big...unfortunately, I couldn't finish mine but it was purely because of the generosity of the portion. The restaurant itself is nicely furnished. The linen is of good quality. The other diners were all French. The waiting staff were attentive, friendly, and very efficient. I recommend this restaurant.

The service and the food was excellent. Great restaurant. The chef made bernaise for me fresh, it was awesome!

We stayed at the hotel de france for lunch. what a small jewel of a restaurant! the food and service were excellent. we will definitely stop again.

We come here regularly as a couple and with family. we have never been disappointed. we have tried a lot of things, all were excellent. the service is always good and with a smile.
