Food was excellent! Great customer service too! Wish the truck stop had better toilets, but we drove over the street to Loves after we had eaten here.

I stopped in a mood yesterday because I wanted a chicken quesadilla, and they were the first Mexican restaurant I saw. The parking lot was full, so I took it as a good sign. The service was pretty slow, but I wasn't in a hurry. The menu was a little confusing because the chicken quesadilla of itself was $5 and some change and a side order of beans and rice are both $2 and some change each. If I ordered them separately, it would be about $10. They had a meal of a chicken quesadilla with rice and beans for over $12. So I ordered the chicken quesadilla and a side order of Mexican rice. The chips and salsa were okay, not the best I had, but not the worst. When my food arrived, I noticed how fat the queen was. to be honest, that didn't even bother me because it really tasted good. The only thing I would say could use improvement is that it is too much salt! Besides, I thought it was a really good chicken quesadilla. The rice had peas and carrots in it and tasted fine. I would definitely come back for the chicken quesadilla. Unfortunately, I didn't take photos because I was quite hungry and the food took a little, so I started eating as soon as I got it, Lol. Update: I visited 21. June 2020 and I have completely forgotten that they overload when you order the meal instead of everything separately, so I ordered the meal for $12 and it ended almost $14 for a chicken quesadilla and a side order of beans and rice. The chicken quesadilla was much less fat this time, but there was still the problem with so much salt. Overall, I think that the chicken quesadilla tasted great and the service was much better this time too. I was surprised how fast my food came last time, but I think it was a problem with the server last time. Update: I visited the 24. August 2020 and ordered only the chicken quesadilla. It was so easy this time! The salsa had no taste, he was tasteless. The chicken quesadilla was much better the last time, although it was a bit fat and had too much salt. This time it was dry and didn't really taste like everything. I don't know if they have another cook or what, but it was definitely not good.
