KFC - VINTON

Order 12 pieces chicken wings and 2 famous bowls. Has been informed that it would be a 20-minute waiting period and that they had only one frit. It seemed that they tried to do me away from the order of the wings.

It seems that every location does not cook or overcook long enough. The chicken is rubbery.. Try it and tell us what you think

Wife went in and got a 30 dollar fill up, they didn't put the tenders in the meal. Then on top of that the chicken was so dry we couldn't eat it. And of course they have the phone off the hook so nobody can call and complain. If I lived closer I'd taken it back and tossed by in through the drive thru

We placed an order on August 26th for take out. We ordered and were charged for an 8 piece bucket of extra crispy chicken and we only received 6 soggy pieces. We will not be returning to this location EVER. Also, the white meat was way over cooked and the dark meat was barely cooked through. We were very disappointed.

Chicken and fries were hot.Good size portion of fries.Good service.
