Sorbello's Italian Restaurant

Very disappointed in a recent dinner for my birthday. My partner had booked with a request for a birthday dinner and was told cake would be provided. No mention of it being my birthday throughout the evening, food was very average compared to our first dinner here. Atmosphere is very, very dated (early 90s) and could be sooo much better. This dish in the picture is a large Spaghetti Bolognese and it was certainly a large portion as my wife had the regular and the difference in size is very noticeable. The quality of food was very good but not the best and delivered to our table in good time. We also had a Garlic Bread starter (no photo) and that was very nice too. The service was polite and friendly with zero faults there however the restaurant is in need of a revamp as it's a dull and dated which doesn't help the atmosphere. We will definitely be going back again to try some of the seafood dishes they have on offer too.
