Sue's Indian Raja - Vilnius

The restaurant is beautiful, but eating is very expensive! they pay for the location and decor, not eating. the quantities are not sufficient and they are also charged for a glass water.

Before kovid, after I tried and the veggies looked like the one from the freezer, was dissapointed and did not go back.

Several vegan options that is great, but my eating was non-binding bland. not enough taste of flavors and very low on salt and fat, which probably makes it healthier, but not really tastes good. very expensive for what they get. the main do not come with rice – it must be ordered separately.

I can't speak for the vegan options, but as vegetarian this place had mass of choices two or three sides of vegetarian curries, sides and sundries. the prices are on the high side for vilnius, but curry sites are probably only few and far in between and this is in the middle of the old city. the restaurant is beautiful and the staff is also very attentive. we had a nice jalfrezi and sweet madras, both were medium-spicy (but we are used to really hot curries, so it is very subjectiw! . I have eaten many curries about the years and that was wise with the best taste, but I wanted more when it was a little bit small than the portions (I love it hehe updated by previous review 2018 09
